FoodFoodFood-Easy Peach Cobbler

There are probably more recipes for Peach Cobbler floating around than you could count. But I have one that is the easiest one I know of and I have been using this recipe for years and you can substitute any fresh fruit that might be in season at the time or if you want you can use any canned or frozen fruits of your choice.

Things You’ll Need:

* 1 1/2 cup of self rising flower
* 1 cup of sugar
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 large can of peach's or any other fruits
* 1 stick of real butter
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Step1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place the stick of butter in the bottom of your baking dish (metal or glass), place in preheated oven to melt the butter in the bottom of the pan.

Step2
Mix the dry ingredients together thoroughly. Then add the milk to the dry mixture and mix until you have the consistency of pancake batter.

Step3
If you are using fresh fruit, peel and prepare your fresh fruit now. If you are using canned (drain liquid off fruit before using) or frozen fruits (thaw frozen fruits before using) place them in the bottom of the baking dish. Then pour the batter on top of the fruit.

Step4
Place in oven for about thirty minutes or until the top of the cobbler begins to brown, remove from oven and let cool.
